The Fulfillment Policy and the conditions listed below apply to Gutter Growth LLC, www.GutterGrowth.com, and all products / services offered by Gutter Growth, and the conditions concerning your use of and access to the Gutter Growth website.
Onboarding
Upon subscribing to one of our Membership Services, you will receive a Welcome Email highlighting the deliverables of your membership.
Delivery
You will be granted access to certain portals and online groups. The information provided via email will be specific to your chosen membership. There will be a phone call/Zoom Meeting scheduled with one of the Consultants/Agents of Gutter Growth to help create your path to success within the program. In addition, you will be included in all Weekly and Monthly membership-specific meetings.
Cancellation Policy
Any client wishing to be taken off recurring status, pause an account, or cancel an account must contact Gutter Growth at [email protected] at least 30 business days prior to the due date of their next payment. ALL payments will be billed on the same day of the month for the upcoming months work, unless specified otherwise by the customer at point of sale. Any declined payments will be charged a $75 late fee after being delinquent for 7 days, if after 14 days there is no communication, membership will then be paused.
Refund Policy
All memberships are joined on a month-to-month basis and are non-refundable, unless a client followed our Cancellation Policy by contacting Gutter Growth at
[email protected] at least 30 business days prior to the due date of their next payment.
